Check your spam or junk folder first — still not there? Email us the order number and the email you used at checkout, and we'll resend it right away.

I'm having trouble opening my deck.

Make sure you have a compatible reader installed. If you're on mobile, try saving the file to your device rather than opening it directly from the email.

I want to give a deck as a gift.

Every deck can be gifted. Simply purchase using the recipient's email address at checkout and they'll receive the download link directly.

I have a question about a refund.

All sales are final once your download link is sent. If you hit a genuine technical issue, email us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
