1. About Our Products

Linger sells digital downloadable products, including conversation and prompt card decks and related digital materials (collectively, "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. No physical product will be shipped.

Our Products are conversation tools designed to help couples connect through guided questions and prompts. They are intended for personal, recreational, and relationship-enrichment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, couples therapy, or medical or mental health advice.

2. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid only for the period stated and cannot be applied retroactively.

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be fulfilled and no download link will be delivered until successful payment is confirmed.

3. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a secure download link for your purchased Product(s). Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 60 minutes depending on server load and email delivery times. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your download email.

If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your Product, contact us at hello@meetlinger.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our Products, all sales are final once a download link has been delivered. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital downloads.

This policy exists because, unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" once received. We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exception: If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased Product, contact us at hello@meetlinger.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property and License

All Products, content, copy, designs, prompts, and materials available on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Linger and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download, print, and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
